100% Devoted to God Devotion to God is not some abstract emotional matter. It is built on an understanding of who God is as an objectively real person. People who know and interact with God as an objective person will be able to express devotion to him in a way that will be totally inaccessible to those who only experience him in the abstract. We All Live “As If” We may think that everyone understands the world to be the way we see it. That is simply not true. In fact, every worldview has its own way of explaining reality that literally contradicts every other worldview. That being said, it is possible for everyone to live life from beginning to end “as if” they were right, even if they are wrong. But there are consequences to getting it wrong. We can avoid that if we take the time to understand.
