The digestive system

Medication
The job, do not get involved with too much of it, though, as it's a strong root and the medication it makes is very powerful. Chilies - I have a friend who takes herbal remedies and she always has chilies at least once a day. She says there's very little incidence of heart attack in Mexico and South America because of the chilies they eat all the time. In fact, chilies are a stimulant to the heart, and cayenne, which is one of the chilies, is very powerful indeed. Asians also use lots of chilies and remain health or used to before they discovered cigarettes and alcohol and other Western drugs. But you must be aware that the overuse of chilies is bad for the liver and can cause kidney disorders, so you must be very care about the dosage. Look for cayenne chilies in their pods, and you'll have a handy medication to treat a healthy heart. There are so many miracles about saving heart attack patients these days in modern hospitals, which it seems the only use for chilies is as a preventive medicine. Try to get further opinions on the efficacy of chilies as a heart remedy and stimulant before taking them, and don't forget, too many are not good for you. I want to also mention that chilies are very good for late menstruation. Don't take too many of them at any one time because they can be very hard on your insides. But if your menstruation is off, then it's time to break out a chili and eat one a day till your period is back on track. You don't want to sit there eating chilies if, by any chance, you're pregnant, so consult your doctor if you suddenly feel that this might be the early stages of pregnancy that you're experiencing. Cinnamon- the dried herb of cinnamon is what you want both for cooking and for medical remedies. It's especially good for colds and diarrhea. You may chew on the bark or let it steep into a tea, and it will do you some good. I can't imagine drinking a hot toddy without a stick of cinnamon to ease the annoyance of a runny nose. You might try using it if you're. Menstrual cramps- Having trouble with menstrual cramps. As a drink to soothe you after a long day at work, I recommend making iced tea and adding several cinnamon sticks to the mixture. It's very soothing and a little sedative, if used properly. Cinnamon is good for a variety of upper respiratory ailments, but it's best for a persistent cough, brought on by smoking or by a cold. Make a tea of the cinnamon bark and, if you're not an alcoholic, add some spirits. It's a very soothing remedy for your complaint. Cleavers - this herb is good use its above-ground leaves and stems for skin diseases such as eczema and psoriasis. That is, it's good when the condition is not complicated by being a symptom of something else. If you have eczema, you need to consult a doctor. Take the remedy he prescribes, but also tell him about cleavers and that you want to use it. If you ask an herbal doctor, he may give you the go-ahead. Clove- I have recommended clove for other complaints but it's especially good as an oil to treat teeth. I've had oil of clove many times put on my teeth before the filling was put in, because to is antiseptic properties. It's used in the Middle East as a breath freshener; I once knew a fellow from Morocco who always carried a small vial of cloves around to chew. It's used, of course, extensively in cooking, and in such goodies as a potpourri apple which we used to make in school when I was a child. The apple was stuck full of cloves, then given to your mother for her stocking drawer as a Christmas present.
Comfrey - This plant may be used as a poultice for taking care of burns, bruises, or sprained ankles, or even some fractures. So you won't get in the way of modern medicine and its splints and the like, ask your doctor if you can use comfrey on
