Officials decided to help school to find the solution of this problem. They created a great number of Government programs so as to establish the collaboration between parents and teachers. For example, the Transition Project includes trainings for the representatives of primary schools aimed at finding understanding, mutual support with parents. Officials suggested to create a parental involvement agenda. Schools which followed this suggestion have noticed the positive effect of this measure.
