During the time when the FBI was called as the BOI, there was a variety of different development actions which were presented in the organization over the years, and one of the most important took place in 1910, when “the Mann Act”, known as ‘White Slave’ was conceded, the crime of which was the transportation of women over the state lines for morally wrong intentions.

Even though the Prohibition was looked on in a optimistic way by law powerful agencies, a great mass of the public disagreed with that fact, and thus there was much trouble that was reason of this.
The agency in fact began to increase more importance during the 1930s. There were a great number of non-professionals, which were noticed in the corruption, and due to that fact the agencies took some measures which were unpleasant for Harding Administration.
Also during that time several essential and important conclusions freezed the Bureau’s arrangement as the country’s leader and iconic law powerful agency. Many different excessive and infamous procedures which took place (the kidnapping of the Lindbergh baby in 1932 and the gangsters like John Dillinger escaping imprison by crossing over country lines).
