May the grace and the peace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all: First of all, I would like to thank the Lord Jesus Christ for His great blessings and wonder that He has done in my life. Also for the experience that I have obtained with God and His work. When I was born, my parents were Catholics, but when I was eight months old, my mom accepted the Lord in a Baptist church in the city of Aracaju, Sergipe. She had traveled there because she had an infection and the little interior city, Pao de Acucar, that I was from didn’t have the medical care that she needed. When she came back home, to the interior, she received the Holy Ghost by herself, praying and singing unto the Lord. I was still under two years old. My dad wondered if she had lost her mind, because he still wasn’t a believer. The wife of the pastor of the Baptist church in Pao de Acucar sent her looking for a Pentecostal church, because they told her that they didn’t believe in speaking in tongues. She kept praying. She heard a radio program from some oneness missionaries. She listened to the program and heard the message of the oneness of God and wrote to the program. The missionaries and other ministers came to our house to visit and explain the oneness of God for us. After a short time, my mom was baptized in Jesus’ name. One year later, my dad also converted and was baptized in Jesus’ name. We had moved to a city called Belo Monte in the state of Alagoas. There was no church in this city, so the missionaries had service in our house. One day, my dad was praying and seeking God and received the baptism of the Holy Ghost in our home. Afterwards, he prayed for a baby that was badly dehydrated, close to dying and she was healed immediately. This baby’s mother was an unbeliever, said that if my dad actually had received the Holy Ghost that he would pray for her baby and her baby would be healed. Eight months later, we moved to the city where my parents live now to the city of Sao Miguel to help in the work of the Lord where the church met in our home. There were about 15 believers who met in our home for service each week. Later, the work was passed to the Alvears who rented a building downtown in the city of Sao Miguel where we had church for 3 years. In 1999, the Alvears helped build the church that my parents are still a part of today. I was baptized in Jesus name December 29, 1996 and received the Holy Ghost 6 years later in a special service in Sao Miguel, Alagoas. Today my whole family is Oneness Pentecostal and I grew up in a Pentecostal home, studying the Bible and learning more and more about the oneness of God and holiness. I served the Lord throughout my school days and later starting working, but stayed faithful to church, doing everything I could not to miss services. I had the privilege of going to many Congresses and Conventions with the Alvears. God has blessed me so much that today I am a minister of the Lord and part of the ministerial body underneath the Alvear’s ministry. I was ordained a minister on the first of May, 2005. God has done so much in my life. He then blessed me with a wonderful wife, Sister Amy (North) Santos, who is a missionary here in Brazil. We are expecting a little boy which is another great blessing that God has blessed us with. My wife and I work together in missions. We are working here in the city of Maceio in a church in the village of Tabuleiro. We have worked and seen many results, many souls repenting every day. May sister and her husband were backslid from the church and from the ways of the Lord. But at the end of last year, through our prayers and the prayers of the saints, they returned to the house of the Lord happy in the presence of the Lord Jesus along with several of their family members. God has sent a great revival here in Brazil, many people converted, being baptized in the name of Jesus and receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost. People being renewed and filled with the power of God with great revival. Many people have been set free from addictions, healed and speaking in tongues. My brother-in-law Adriano, in March, was operated on to remove a tumor, the doctors said that after the surgery, he would be in a coma and for many months paralyzed on one part of his body. But we, my wife and I, Brother and Sister Alvear and the whole church lifted up our voice, interceding for him and the Lord heard us. When he came out of the operating room, Bro and Sis Alvear, my wife and I and other ministers and family members were waiting to see him. When they came, bringing him to the ICU, we saw him moving his feet, the doctors stopped, he looked at us and recognized all of us. He is already walking and recuperating all for the honor and glory of the Lord Jesus. I would like to thank God first, my parents, Bro and Sis Alvear and all those who have encouraged me, giving me strength to overcome. May God bless you all and that keep pouring out His blessing upon you, Brother Magno Santos
