Eat less salt. Restrict yourself to the quantities of salt already contained in dishes. Salt and pepper should be added as less as possible, since spicy food whets the appetite, which is to be thoroughly avoided. For the first time food will probably seem tasteless but soon you will get used to it.
Drink more mineral water. One should drink approximately 2 liters of water daily: it facilitates your organism’s functioning and takes out waste. Choose water containing calcium, potassium, magnesium, cobalt and manganese.
Don’t eat before going to bed. If you go to bed with your stomach being full your gastrointestinal and blood-vascular systems will work with full load. This damages both systems and the whole organism starts to suffer from sound sleep absence. The result is excessive weight, malaise and distinctly negative views on life. It’s just necessary to determine your own time frames – forbid yourself of eating three hours prior to going to bed. Yet, if you’re very hungry at bedtime, take raw vegetables or rye cracker.
Sex vs. Fat. We should disappoint you – figuring on sex only you’ll never shape yourself. A person weighing 70 kilos and leading active sexual life burns no more than 18-20 kilojoules per minute. Nevertheless, sex has highly beneficial effect on the whole organism: it regulates hormonal balance. Sex enhances estrogenic activity: these hormones abundance improves our cardiovascular system and reduces cholesterol level. Sex improves the immune system and reveals stress.
Every-day advice
It’s better to completely exclude soups from your dietary intake or choose only meat or vegetable bouillons with no flour condiment.
Meat (especially lean) should be cooked in a small amount of fat in a Teflon frypan, griddle, and foil or boiled in water.
Garnishes should be mainly vegetal. Vegetables should be stewed in water and seasoned with a minimum of flour.
Sauces are to be fully excluded.
