Disadvantages: minimal effect, mostly psychological.

In appearance it resembles the boxer mouth-piece: shifts forward the lower jaw thus widening respiratory tracts, which reduces snoring. The device is made of special thermolabile material and is placed heated with the help of a doctor.

Contraindications: not recommended to the elderly people.
Disadvantages: discomfort falling asleep: foreign body is clearly felt in the mouth, the person often wakes up.

Oral rinsing essential oil drops

The drops tone up the respiratory tract muscles and smear throat reducing the palate irritation.

Disadvantages: provide for short-term effect, under permanent administration cause addiction.
