There’re three types of dieting, which are the best for the human organism:
1. Raw vegetarian diet (raw vegetables and fruit, vegetable juices and nuts).
2. Same vegetarian diet with addition of boiled vegetables and boiled and baked fruit. Both diets are starch and milk-free.
3. Meat diet. As the two previous this diet is starch and milk-free. It doesn’t suit everybody, since our organisms are different and the diet may vary.
Most important in treatment and prevention of diseases with the help of dieting is the following rules observance:
1. Proteins cannot be eaten with starches.
2. Avoid fluid diet. Regardless of the fact that soups are highly useful for dieting they’re swallowed without chewing. It finally results in the digestive system disease, since food comes into the stomach without saliva.
3. Food should be thoroughly chewed before swallowing. Many people suffering from the digestive system diseases try to cure themselves with drugs. They either don’t realize or simply don’t know that drugs won’t help but self-discipline. Learn to chew slowly and many digestive problems will disappear.
Food should be chewed 15 to 30 times depending on the food nature and toughness.

1. Irregular food intake.
2. Overeating.
3. Quick and fussy eating.

It has become fashionable to cure excess weight with starvation. Some people practicing complete starvation for 3-4 weeks trying to loss weight drive themselves to utmost emaciation. Starvation without medical examination and control is fraught with serious abnormalities.
