«Most products should be replaced with vegetables and fruit». This is partially true: low caloricity of vegetables and fruit is their advantage. They’re included in almost every diet. "The best diet is fasting". This diet suits just notorious masochists. You’ll really loose weight very quickly but dietitians don’t hurry to recommend this method: incoherent starving is fraught with liver dysfunction, proteins loss and vitamins deficiency.

Sharp weight loss won’t bring you much good. Step-by-step weight loss (4-5 kilos per month) is much better. This can be achieved by low caloric ration, fasting days, nutrition regime and physical exercises.
Dietitians vigorously reject processes forcing. Ideally it’s wise to find nutrition you’ll be able to keep for the whole life.
