Cialis, an oral treatment for erectile dysfunction is available in 70 countries including Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, United States and countries throughout Europe. More than two million patients worldwide have been treated with Cialis since its first introduction in February 2003. Cialis is available by prescription only. Cialis can be taken without regard to food and is the only available PDE5 inhibitor for which it has been shown that absorption is not affected by a high-fat meal. Cialis is licensed for the treatment of mild to severe ED at both 10 and 20 mg doses. Primary efficacy studies have shown up to 81 percent of men treated with Cialis (20 mg dose) reported improved erections compared with 35 percent of those taking placebo. Cialis has been doing well in all markets including the United States. In Europe, Cialis has even taken over Viagra. The main reason for Cialis doing so well in the market is its extended period of effectiveness of 36 Hrs. as compare to Viagra’s 4 Hrs. The importance of the duration of effectiveness of Erectile Dysfunction was investigated as part of a clinical study assessing preference among competing ED therapies. It was found men preferred Cialis to Viagra. In this study, men were asked which treatment they would prefer to continue to take after the trial. The results showed that 62 percent of men who tried both drugs chose to continue with Cialis, compared to only 20 percent who opted for Viagra. The key reason men gave for preferring Cialis was the extended period of effectiveness. Even though it is extremely easy to buy Cialis online or Cialis pharmacy online, Cialis should not be used without doctors’ prescription. Cialis is a prescription drug and a thorough checkup is required before you can take Cialis. A number of cheap Cialis pharmacies can provide discount Cialis online costing much less than the Cialis; they should not be taken without doctor’s prescription. These drugs have serious side effects and should be taken only after a one to one interaction with the doctor. Most people find the side effects of Cialis tolerable. The side effects of taking Cialis are headache, indigestion, back pain, dizziness, nausea, muscle aches, flushing, stuffy or running nose, an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, closing of the throat, swelling of the lips, tongue, or face, or hives). Serious side effects of Cialis are chest pain or irregular heartbeats, or angina (pain, tightness, discomfort, numbness, or tingling in the chest, arms, neck, or jaw), swelling of the ankles or legs, shortness of breath, prolonged or severe dizziness, or a prolonged (lasting longer than 4 hours) or painful erection during sexual intercourse, or temporary blue tint in vision or difficulty telling the difference between the colors blue and green (uncommon). Side effects other than those listed here may also occur. Cialis is not for everyone. Cialis if taken with an alpha blocker can cause sudden drop in blood pressure to unsafe levels and cause dizziness, faint, or even have a heart attack or stroke. Cialis should not be taken with any nitrate form (including nitroglycerine that is found in tablets, sprays, ointments, pastes or patches. Nitrates can also be found in other medicines such as isosorbide dinitrate or isosorbide mononitrate. Some recreational drugs called “poppers” also contain nitrates, such as amyl nitrite and butyl nitrite). These warnings should not be taken lightly as any wrong medication can cause serious health problems.
